Hidden Pond Hideaway, in Laughing Pines area, is located in a wooded setting, with access to a large fishing pond. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, dishwasher, kitchenware and dinnerware and a table that seats four. This cabin has two bedrooms. In the master bedroom you can enjoy a fireplace, cable TV, king bed and full bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The second room has a queen bed. In the living area there is a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. The living area also has a mountain stone gas log fireplace and cable TV with DVD player. Other amenities in Hidden Pond Hideaway are a second full bath; a covered deck with hot tub, rockers, and grill; washer and dryer; and beautiful views.
Nice little cabin for a weekend getaway. There a few things that needed improvement but overall well had a good time.

The cabin owner asked if we needed anything, all we needed to do was ask. Would definitely stay again. Also, the cabin is very nice and clean.

Christina - 09/07/2021This was a wonderful get away and beautiful location. The cabin was very clean, had all the essentials, and was a great home away from home. The location was perfect, nice and quiet but still pretty close to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge. It is a pretty narrow driveway that you will need to back in/out of since there is no room to turn around. Other than that, we had a great time! The kids loved the loft and playing in the backyard too, it was a wonderful treat and beautiful cabin!

Even if it hadn’t been, it wouldn’t have affected our stay. Views were nice and it was quiet, mostly. Only thing I could say that was negative was the construction crew building a new cabin next to us. But, even that wasn’t bad enough to really complain. We were gone most of the day and they were gone at sun down. Only heard them when out on the porch. Would go back again!

We had one small issue with the hot tub but maintenence was quick to respond even though it was pretty late. Hope to stay here again!

My 3 boys fished until it got too dark every night. They caught lots of bluegills and had a blast. We also loved the hot tub. We had a couple questions for the owners and they got back to us right away. The only thing I wish we had was maybe some information at the house on good pizza, best mini golf, best authentic southern cooking, etc. We did a pink jeep tour and our guide gave us all of that information and it was a little too late as that was our last day. Overall, great trip!

There is a pond to fish, but it's down the road and not very accessible outside of the "no trespassing" signs from the other rentals. The picture shows a two level cabin but guests have access to the main level, not the lower. It's 5mins from Pigeon Forge and about 25mins from Gainburg. We loved being just outside of the hustle of the main areas. Really enjoyed the deck with the four rocking chairs overlooking the trees. Would recommend this cabin!

Henry B. - 07/09/2022Teenage daughter, wife, and I stayed for a week and loved the cabin. It's just 10 min from downtown Pigeon Forge, but tucked away in the woods. "Hidden" in the name is warranted; it feels like a hidden cabin. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The bedroom our daughter stayed in had a bunk bed and queen bed, so it could accommodate quite of few kids or adults. The cabin is very private and quiet. The large front porch and huge back porch are wonderful, too, especially when it rains. We of course spent time in the hot tub daily. Definitely a winner choice.

The cabin was centrally located to EVERYTHING! The steep driveway was unexpected but wasn’t terrible! We’re from Florida so any incline really is new to us lol! Overall we absolutely loved it. Everything was clean when we checked in, checked in via text so we didn’t have to do anything but go straight to the cabin! We will be back!

The only thing that gave me pause was the very narrow driveway. We had to back down it since there was no room to turn around, but that is absolutely not a dealbreaker. The drive way to the cabin is narrow and there is no way to park more then one car to the entrance. Also, there was a smell of gas on and off throughout the stay. The kitchen was supplied with everything you need to make meals. To get to the cabin you have to drive up the driveway of another house then the lane to the cabin is very narrow. So be prepared to either back in or back out when leaving. I backed in so I could park by the door and pull straight out to leave.

Ashley P. - 06/10/2023Great location Our annual family trip to the mountains. This was our first time visitng this area and we had an AMAZING time. Compared to our usual places we go (blue ridge areas), there were endless things for our kids to do. The cabin itself is about 10 min from everything. Check in was super easy, great communication. Driveway was VERY easy, saw a review stating otherwise. Although a house now separates this one and the pond, its still just a short walk down the road. It was our favorite thing to do while in between activities, my kids loved it and we actually caught fish everytime! My only real negative comment (for us it's a big one) is how this cabin overlooks the backyard of the neighboring cabin. Luckily for us, no one stayed there until our last night. But if both familes are out at the same time, no privacy, you feel like you're on top of them. That's just our preference in the mountains, seclusion. Overall the cabin is great, just enough room for our family of 5 (2 adults 3 littles). Perfect location, Already planning on coming back to explore the rest of the area, it really is perfect for families. I would definitely stay here again if I knew no one would be renting the neighboring cabin.

Kerri C. - 03/30/2024Hidden Pond Hide-a-way was a very intimate 2 bedroom cabin with access to a lake with a cookout/playground area incase u have kids on ur trip, or if the kid in u wanted to come out n play on the swings/slide. (lol). My husband, his cousin, her husband, n I really enjoyed our time there, n felt right at home. The cabin is close to everything, no matter what u needed or wanted, it was a short drive to get there. As previous renters said, the pics of the cabin don’t do any justice, u just have to see for urself. Lori, kept check on us to make sure we had everything we needed n were enjoying our stay. Hopefully we will use their services again when returning to this area. Thanks Lori and your management team for hosting us.

However, this particular cabin stands out as our favorite! Its affordability made it the perfect choice for a quick weekend getaway, and the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The serene pond located just a short walk from the cabin added to the peaceful ambiance, especially during the early morning and evening hours. We spent one of our evenings fishing in the pond and had a couple of catches. The leisurely walk back to the cabin after fishing was the perfect way to end the day. Our host, Lori, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made sure to check in with us via text message to see if we needed anything. We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit!

We generally book cabins with Mountain View’s but chose this cabin for the fishing in the pond and it didn’t disappoint! The cabin was nice and clean, had everything available that was advertised and the host was very responsive! The only downfall was the furniture is needing replaced but that is a minor thing for us. We would highly recommend this cabin if you want to be tucked away and enjoy fishing!

We had an issue with getting the fireplaces started and Lori got maintenance over immediately to get it fixed. She was quick to respond to any of my texts and questions. She was extremely helpful. The cabin was big enough for a small family, Perfect for the two of us. Loved the cabin and the hot tub. Only suggestion I would have to improve on the property, is to have some privacy Lattice work put up around the hot tub and maintenance on the ceiling fans. Other than that, the location was beautiful and a great get away.
