In the backyard, you can relax by the creek or maybe catch a fish. Also outside, there is a picnic table and charcoal grill so everyone can enjoy an outdoor cookout! While you're enjoying the great outdoors, may we suggest, relaxing in the large hot tub. After a day of fun, everyone will have a comfortable place to sleep, as each bedroom provides plush bedding and cable TV. Nice level yard for children to play.
This place was amazing. This was a last min trip for our kid's Christmas with their grandpa and uncle. The check in was easy and location was private enough. The owner sent us a text the day we were to arrive advising of the weather and concerns for our safety. They even checked on us Friday morning to make sure we got settled in okay.

We even caught some fish. Catch and release of course. Very close to everything Pigeon Forge. My only complaint would be the kitchen ware. It could stand updating. However not every one cooks when on vacay. We may be just be the odd ones. I would certainly stay here again.

Lori's Place can accommodates 6-8 people comfortably and if you have small children it can accommodateup to 10 people. The view in front of the house is facing the beautiful smoky mountains, and in the back of the house you have a beautiful creek. This house also has a firepit, large indoor hot tub foosball table and a screened in patio. Our stay was 6 days, I can honestly say this leg of our trip was very pleasant and enjoyable.

The home was very nice and clean, we loved being right at the water, though it had rained a lot so we couldn’t fish but the sound of the rushing water was so peaceful! The owners checked in and we’re so nice. Location was close to main attractions and overall we have no complaints! It was perfect!

There were a couple of things that I feel would make the home more pleasurable and is needed even tho we loved it. The kitchen pots and pans were not good at all. There needs to be updated skillets and pots and pans. My plan was to cook Thanksgiving dinner there but we went out to eat because there was no way I could have prepared that large of a meal. Also, the sliding door between the living room and screened porch needs some work. I could barely open it as an adult so it was aggravating to open each time for the kids. Otherwise the place is perfect and in a great location.

Lori was an incredibly welcoming host; reaching out early; providing additional instructions and recommendations for food and fun; and simply provided a lovely cabin for my whole family to enjoy. If the hot tub doesn't lure you in the bubbling creek just a dozen feet behind your bedroom window will lull you to sleep in seconds. Just a picturesque location!

The cabin is close to things and yet far enough away. We loved the location. There were a few issues with the cabin, but found Lori extremely responsive to repairing the issues. Master bedroom bed was not comfortable, pick another room! We all enjoyed the hot tub! Would love to stay again!

There is a gas station, grocery store, DG Market and pizza shop a mile away. We had 6 adults from 3 generations staying at the cabin and we enjoyed our time. This is one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary cookware and utensils, and very clean! Basic seasoning and firewood wasn't provided but easily accessible at the nearby stores. The wifi worked well. Communication with the host was very good. She was accessible through text and responded promptly. We had a minor issue and maintenance came and addressed it promptly. The evenings by the creek with a campfire were relaxing. It was warm while we were visiting and there was usually a breeze so you could enjoy the outdoors comfortably. Highly recommend this cabin for families that want to enjoy nature as well as easy access to all the PF activities.

Or we could sit out in the backyard right up next to the water. Did some wading and fishing and grilled hotdogs and hamburgers. After the sun went down, we roasted marshmallows and made s'mores. We had a lovely time with our family. Would definitely book again.
